Workshop: Employee Registration & Mutation form

SZV is offering three (3) workshop evenings on September 11^th, 12^th and 13^th from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm where employers can come and learn how to fill in the mutation form in cases of Employee Mutation, Termination or Commencement.

If you struggle as an Employer on how to fill in the form, would like to reduce the back-and-forth, register for one of the workshop evenings at SZV and get hands on training. This workshop is specifically for persons in the company who are responsible for filling in the forms.

By law, Employers are obligated to fill in and submit the registration and mutations of Employees within 2 days to SZV. This workshop will focus on how to accurately fill in the Employee Mutation form in the cases of Mutation (M), Termination (T) and Commencement (C).
