Opportunity to change Family doctor this month!
The Social & Health Insurances (SZV) would like to inform all ZV/OV insured and persons insured for medical expenses by the Country Government of St. Maarten (‘Eiland’ and ‘PP’ guarantee card holders) of the following:
During the month of March 2017, you will have the opportunity to request a change of your Family Physician.
Insured persons, who would like to make use of this opportunity can ‘WALK-IN’ on Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m and 1:30 p.m. – 2.30 pm. No appointment required.
Please note that this opportunity will not be valid after Friday, March 31st, 2017. Changes will be effective April 1st, 2017.
Please bring along your guarantee card(s) and a valid form of identification to our office located in the Harbour View Building, Building 3, level 1, Sparrow Road #4, Philipsburg.
