SZV ONLINE SERVICES PROMOTED AT HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR

SZV would like to congratulate the St. Maarten Lion’s Club once again on its 10^th year Anniversary and yet another successful edition of the Health & Wellness Fair. The fair was another opportunity for SZV to highlight the diverse information access points developed by SZV over the past years. SZV welcomed visitors of the fair with several giveaways, including its complimentary Social & Health supplement, information brochures and contact cards while emphasizing that all information made available at the fair was digitally accessible via its website www.szv.sx. Visitors interacted with the SZV staff members who were available throughout the day to serve the general public.

“We understand that online services may not be for everyone. However, there is a large group of customers who have indicated the need for quicker service, contact options and easy access to SZV. We have found ways to expand our contact with our customers beyond the doors of our offices, by being available online. We are inviting everyone to go on our website and explore, make use of the information and contact forms. If you are on Facebook page, like our page and contact us there if that is easier for you. Our online response time is two (2) working days.”

The annual Health & Wellness Fair is a great event for all to get familiar with some of the health care service providers available on the island. SZV has a list of local health care service providers on its website on the Health Care Almanac page. In 2017, SZV gave two information sessions at the fair; Rights & Obligations of ZV insured and Requirements & Procedures for Medical Reimbursements.
