To ensure a smooth service and response time, please follow the guidelines outlined.
Patients do not come to SZV for their stamp.
The treating physician will send the prescription to the necessary pharmacies or provider (such as Medicosmetics) via email, with the patient or with a companion if the patient is experiencing flu-like symptoms. If a prescription needs to be stamped, the pharmacy will email us for approval. SZV will respond digitally to the pharmacy.
Authorizations (strip / lancet / AVBZ) Patients do not come to SZV for their approvals / stamps.
The treating physician will write a prescription for the medication, supplements or medical aids and provide this to the necessary provider (pharmacy, Medicosmetics) who will email SZV for authorization. Approvals will be given for 1 month.
Paramedical referrals (physical therapy, speech therapy, dietician etc.)
This procedure does not change. Referrals for any paramedical healthcare provider should be submitted electronically as usual by the treating physician and will be processed accordingly.
