Submit ZV/OV declarations and mutations online only
As of April 6 2020, employee mutations and declaration can only be submitted via the Employer Portal.
SZV is accepting ZV/OV declarations and employee mutations online via its Employer Portal.
- Employers can now submit their employee mutations and ZV/OV declarations online, with 24/7 access from office or home.
- Employers who do not have an account for the Employer Portal can click here to register for an account.
- Option: Employers can authorize their accountants to represent them on this online platform
