Adjusted times to report sick leave online
Due to the increase of COVID-19 cases, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing and response time. To limit these delays, we are upgrading our online sick leave system and implementing new service hours for employees to report sick leave online. Please take note of the adjusted hours below.
Online form temporarily unavailable:
The upgrades will take place on Thursday January 13 from 10:00am until Monday January 17 at 7:30am. During this time, the online form will be unavailable. If you are unfit for work during this period, please report sick leave using the online form on Monday January 17.
As of Monday January 17, you can only report sick leave online from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 10:00am.
Reminder: You must have the following information when reporting sick leave online:
- “Yellow card” number. Your employer must provide you this number.
- Active phone number. Be sure that your phone number is working.
- Active e-mail address. (Can be from a friend, family member, co-worker or employer)
- COVID-19: Also email your CPS letter or test result. (no home self-test)
