2025 Pension Statement Request

The yearly pension statement shows the total amount of AOV/AWW pension benefits that you were entitled to from SZV Sint Maarten.

To request a (Digital) copy of your Pension Statement e-mail info@szv.sx or call 546-6782 Monday - Friday 7:30am - 2:00pm. The statement(s) will be sent to you via e-mail.

Important:
- Please submit your request only once. Multiple submissions for the same pensioner may result in processing delays.
- Please check your e-mail inbox, spam and junk folders to be sure you have received the statement.

Senior Priority Hours: The pension statement can also be requested and collected in-person at the SZV office; every Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm. 

*Third Parties may request a statement on behalf of the Pensioner(s). A signed authorization form is required by SZV to process third party requests. You can submit an authorization by letter or by using our Authorization Form, click here to download a copy.
