During the month of September, you will have the opportunity to request a change of your Family Doctor.

All ZV medical insured

All OZR and ‘PP’ medical insured (persons insured for medical expenses by the Government of St. Maarten)

When

From September 1 – 30, 2026 until 2:00 pm

Important

A change request is per person. If you would like to submit a change for your spouse/child(ren), you must submit each change request separately.

Your confirmed doctor change request will go into effect as of October 1, 2026.
