Registration & Mutations
The employer must ensure that their employee registry at SZV is up to date. Via the Employer Portal, the employer can register new employees and submit mutations/changes of current employees. Examples include Commencements, Mutations (extension of contracts, job function, salaries, and so on), and Terminations.
Loss of Wages Procedure
The employer has the right to receive loss of wages compensation under the ZV Ordinance for his employee, if:
The employee is sick for more than three (3) days and cannot perform their duties.The Control Doctor of SZV confirmed the illness.
Loss of Wages can be requested within your Employer Portal account.
Cessantia
By law, all employers must pay an annual contribution, for each registered employee, towards the Cessantia fund. This amount is ANG 40,- per employee and is due each year before June 30. The total amount due by the employer is calculated based on the employee registry of the company. It is made available via the Employer Portal each year in June.
