Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource (HR) Business Partner to join our HR team as a strategic partner, providing expertise in all areas of HR to drive organizational success. This strategic role will assist in aligning HR strategies and initiatives with the organization's overall objectives. The HR Business Partner acts as an advisor to help develop and execute HR programs that support the business strategy, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The Human Resource Business Partner reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Advise, coach, and partner with managers and employees on employee relation matters.
- Develop, revise, and implement personnel-related policies, tools, and instruments that align with the organizational strategy, HR Best Practices, and labor legislation.
- Identify and implement talent management strategies that support employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Facilitate and provide advice on the training and development of personnel in collaboration with managers and staff.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for decision-making and identify areas of improvement to develop solutions, programs, and policies for organizational development.
- Assist with the development and coordination of HR initiatives and programs in alignment with the organization’s strategy to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and innovative people-centric culture that enhances employee engagement and well-being.
- Handle complex HR matters by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

 

Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of HR methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Knowledge of change management.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

 

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR roles with a focus on business partnering.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Payroll Pro.
