If you are SZV insured and SZV has arranged a medical referral abroad for you for treatment or consultation, you are asked to fill in the customer satisfaction survey. The results of the survey are used to improve service to you by SZV, improve service by the health care providers and evaluate the quality of care that is arranged for you.
